This 16-month advanced curriculum is designed for high-potential informal leaders within the Information Systems (I\/S) Division, focusing on leadership skills vital for navigating a matrix-structured organization. Through a combination of workshops, multi-rater feedback assessments, and a business simulation, the program equips participants with the tools needed to enhance their leadership effectiveness, strategic thinking, and influence within the organization.
