But most did it without a strategic plan ora blueprint for a comprehensive approachf<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-36198 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/ex6jpoo4khr.exactdn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/BHG_How-to-Ensure-the-Business-Impact-of-DEI_SB-graphic-1.png?strip=all&resize=573%2C410\" alt=\"\" width=\"573\" height=\"410\" \/>or becoming a more diverse, equitable and inclusive organization.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">A Brandon Hall Group\u2122 study shows that most organizations either have a DEI-focused strategic plan or are actively working on it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Complexities<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p2\">DEI is unique as a business driver because it often involves signifi<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-36200 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/ex6jpoo4khr.exactdn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/BHG_How-to-Ensure-the-Business-Impact-of-DEI_SB-graphic-2.png?strip=all&resize=575%2C611\" alt=\"\" width=\"575\" height=\"611\" \/>cant culture change. DEI has suffered from lack of executive-level leadership \u2014 critical for culture change \u2014 and the absence of a comprehensive approach. Recently, the focus has been on embedding DEI initiatives across the enterprise in a variety of way. For longevity and sustainability, this is a good approach.
